Our shipping policy applies exclusively to domestic ready-to-ship items. For made-to-order items, bulk orders, or pre-orders, please contact us directly via Instagram DMs or WhatsApp. Similarly, for express or international shipping inquiries, kindly reach out to us through DMs.
Timelines for domestic parcels are as follows: 2 to 3 working days for processing, quality check, and packing, with delivery taking a maximum of 5 to 7 working days. Upon dispatch, you will receive an email containing the tracking code. To ensure receipt of important emails, please mark all correspondence from ‘Rich Feel Jewellery’ as ‘Not Spam’. Rest assured, we only communicate essential order-related information and do not add you to any mailing lists or advertising databases. International shipping timelines will be communicated personally via DMs.
Please be aware that our delivery partners make up to 2 or 3 attempts to deliver parcels to the specified recipient location. It is essential to provide a valid and reachable phone number for delivery/dispatch during standard delivery times. If delivery attempts exceed the specified limit without success, the parcel will be returned to the sender. The receiver may request a reshipment through our social media DMs, provided they are willing to cover the return and reshipping costs. Refunds are not applicable in such cases.
In instances of natural calamities, disasters, riots, social unrest, or other Acts of God, delivery may be affected, delayed, or canceled. Our team will keep you updated on any such developments.
Our domestic deliveries are handled by DTDC couriers, and for pincodes not serviced by DTDC, shipments will be sent via India Post.
Please note that “working days” refer to business days and exclude weekends, national holidays, and local holidays.
Shipping costs will be calculated based on the pincode during checkout.
